नोकरी शोधा ही वेबसाईट मी वैभव पवार राहणार सांगली मी हँडल करत आहे.आज-काल नोकरी मिळणे ही दिवसेंदिवस कठीण होत चाललेली गोष्ट आहे. मुलांची शिक्षण तर भरपूर होत आहेत दहावी, बारावी त्यानंतर मग पदवी एखादी पदवी मिळते, पण त्यांना जॉब मिळत नाही आणि मिळतोय तर तो त्यांच्या मनासारखा मिळत नाही. या सगळ्यांचं एकमेव कारण असं की मुलांना नोकरी बद्दल माहिती नाही की कोणती जाहिरात आली त्याच्यासाठी लागणारी कागद कोणती आली त्याच्यासाठी लागणारी शैक्षणिक पात्रता त्याच्यासाठी लागणारी फी आणि मेन म्हणजे ती नोकरी कुठे निघाली म्हणजे आपल्या शेजारी जरी एखाद्या कंपनीमध्ये किंवा सरकारी ऑफिसमध्ये जर नोकरी किंवा नोकर भरती निघाली असेल तर आपल्याला माहिती अभावी तेथे अर्ज करता येत नाही किंवा तो भरता येत नाही.
मी वैभव पवार आपल्यासाठी घेऊन आलोय ती म्हणजे यावरती पूर्ण म्हणजे गाव पातळीपासून ते राज्यपातळीपर्यंत जेवढ्या पण सरकारी नोकरी, त्या नोकरीसाठी लागणारी कागदपत्रे, त्यासाठी लागणारी वयाची अट, पात्रता, व त्या नोकरीचे ठिकाण व कामाचा तपशील वगैरे सगळे या वरती अपलोड होत राहतील. आणि मुख्य म्हणजे माझं खूप महत्त्वाचं उद्दिष्ट हे आहे की ज्यांना ज्या मुलांना नोकऱ्या नेमका कुठे कुठे उपलब्ध आहेत हे माहित नाहीये. त्या ती माहिती त्या मुलांपर्यंत पोहोचू शकत नाहीये अनेक संधी हातात असताना त्या मुलांना तो फॉर्म किंवा ती माहिती मिळत नाही आहे. म्हणून आपल्या ग्रामीण शहरी भागातील मुला-मुलींसाठी नोकरी किंवा रोजगाराच्या संधी मिळण्यासाठी आणि त्या संदर्भातील माहिती मिळण्यासाठी मी हा छोटासा प्रयत्न केलेला आहे.

That information is not reaching those children, when many opportunities are available, those children are not getting that form or that information.
